BUDGET AMENDMENT
JUVENILE DETENTION FACILITY
Came to be heard this the 8th day of November 2004 with a motion made by
Commissioner Letz seconded by Commissioner Williams. The Court unanimously
approved by vote of 4-0-0 to declare an emergency and transfer $70,000.00 from
reserves to fund the operational requirements of the Juvenile Facility through to
November 22, 2004.
