Our Proposal:
WE PROPOSE TO REMOVE THE EXISTING ROOF TOP UNITS AND REPLACE THEM WITH SPLIT SYSTEM HEAT
PUMPS. WHEN THE NEW ROOF {S ADDED 1T REDUCES THE NEED COOLING ON THE BULIDING BUT WHEN
THE UN- COOLED AREA, THE RIFLE RANGE, IS ADDED IN iT COMES BACK TOP THE ORIGINAL FIFTY TONS.
THE SPACE ABOVE THE EXISTING ROOF ANO THE NEW ROOF IS NOT LARGE ENOUGH TO HAVE THE AIR
HANDLERS INSTALLED AT THAT POINT SO WE ARE PROPOSING THAT THEY BE INSTALLED ABOVE THE
EXISTING CEILING.
THE CONDENSENING UNITS WILL BE SET ON THE LOW ROOF AT THE REAR OF THE EXHIBIT HALL. WE WILL
REMOVE THE EXISTING ROOF TOP UNITS AND SET THEM ON THE GROUND FOR YOU TO REUSE OR
"~ESPOSE OF. THE EXISTING DISCHARGE GR{LEES WILL BE REMOVED AND NEW DUCT SYSTEM WILL BE
.rVSTALLED FOR THE NEW UNITS. THIS PROPOSAL PROVIDES FOR TEN FIVE TON UNITS INSTALLED AND
EVENLY SPACED FROM THE RIFLE RANGE TO THE REST OF THE BUILDING. WE WlLLINSTALL A ZONING
SYSTEM ON THE FNE TON UNIT FOR THE RIFLE RANGE SO THAT IT WILL COOL GLENNS OFFICE AREA AS
WELL. WE WILL RELOCATE THE EXISTING CONDENSING UNITS TO THE FLAT ROOF AT THE REAR
RECONNECT AND START UP . WE WILL INSTALL A CONTROL SYSTEM WITH A LOCKING FEATURE.
LWENNOX 12 SEER HEAT PUMPS WITH 15 KW OF BACK-UP HEATING,. 230 V, 1 PHASE,
WARRANTY: 10 YEARS ON THE COMPRESSOR, 5 YEARS ON ALL OTHER PAARTS AND 1 YEAR LABOR.
