BUDGET AMENDMENT
JUVENILE DETENTION FACILITY
Came to be heard this the 22nd day of November 2004 with a motion made by
Commissioner Letz seconded by Commissioner Nicholson. The Court unanimously
approved by a vote of 4-0-0 to declare an emergency and transfer $60,000.00 for payroll
coverage.
