"BUSTER" BALDWIN, Commissioner Pct. 1 JONATHAN LETZ, Commissioner Pct. 3 DAVE NICHOLSON, Commissioner Pct. 4 .~ ~~ 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9 10 11 12 13 14 15 16 17 18 19 20 21 22 23 '~ 24 25 2 On Thursday, December 9, 2004, at 4:00 p.m., the previously recessed meeting of the Kerr County Commissioners Court was reconvened in the Commissioners' Courtroom, Kerr County Courthouse, Kerrville, Texas, and the following proceedings were had in open court: P R O C E E D I N G S JUDGE TINLEY: Let me call back to order the meeting of the Kerr County Commissioners Court which was recessed Wednesday, December the 8th, at approximately 6 p.m. We stood in recess until 4 p.m. this date, December 9, 2004. I wish to report that I've been in telephone communication with Mr. Herb Bristow, who is the attorney for the bondholders, and while he was unable yesterday to confirm the agreement of all of the bondholders to the framework of the agreement which was struck yesterday, he advised me telephonically here within the last hour that he has been able to make contact with all of the bondholders, and that he has received the agreement of all of the bondholders to the framework of the agreement which was struck and announced in open court yesterday shortly before 6 p.m. So, I merely wanted to report that. There's no action to be taken, but the Court was recessed until today for that purpose, and that's the announcement. COMMISSIONER WILLIAMS: Hear, hear. The Court approved by vote of 3-2-0 to make a counter offer of 1.9 million, with delineations in the counter-proposal.
