This can not be done until warmer weather. At the time of this memo, we were waiting for a letter of credit for maintenance of the roads to be good for one year. If the bank has not sent the letter by the Court date, I recommend that we accept the final plat of Big Sky Ranch contingent upon receipt of the letter. After the one year, we will come back to the Court to accept these roads for Kerr County Maintenance.
