THIS NOTICE IS POSTED PURSUANT TO THE TEXAS OPEN MEETINGS
ACT. (TITLE 5, CHAPTER 551, GOVERNMENT CODE,
AND TITLE 5, CHAPTER 552, GOVERNMENT CODE.)
This Commissioners' Court will hold a meeting at 4:00 p.m. Wednesday,
January 26, 2005, at the Kerr County Courthouse in the Commissioners' Courtroom.
CALL MEETING TO ORDER
CONSIDERATION AGENDA: (Action may be taken on Items
listed below)
Kerr County Commissioners' Court will reconvene its regular
meeting posted and held on Monday, January 24, 2005, and
recessed and reconvened since that date for consideration of the
following matters:
1.1 Consider and discuss approval of Consent and Release Agreement
with respect to Kerr County Juvenile Detention Facility and
outstanding bonds on same and authorize County Judge to sign
Agreement. (County Judge)
1.2 Order authorizing the Issuance, Sale and Delivery of "Kerr
County, Texas Certificates of Obligation, Series 2005", securing
the payment thereof by authorizing the levy of an Annual Ad
Valorem Tax; and Approving and Authorizing the execution of
All Instruments and Procedures related thereto including a Paying
AgentJRegistrar Agreement, a Purchase Contract and the Form of
an Official Statement. (County Judge)
