THIS NOTICE IS POSTED PURSUANT TO THE TEXAS OPEN MEETINGS
ACT. (TITLE 5, CHAPTER 551, GOVERNMENT CODE,
AND TITLE 5, CHAPTER 552, GOVERNMENT CODE.)
This Commissioners' Court will hold a meeting at 9:00 a.m. Monday,
January 24, 2005, at the Kerr County Courthouse in the Commissioners' Courtroom.

Citizens wishing to speak on items NOT listed on the regular agenda, please
fill out form for consideration at this time. Citizens wishing to speak on items
LISTED on the regular agenda, please fill out request form for consideration
during discussion on that specific item. In order to expedite the flow of
business and to provide all citizens the opportunity to speak, the Judge may
impose a three (3) minute limitation on any person addressing the court.

Conflicts letter with County's bond counsel in connection with
issuance of Certificates of Obligation by Kerr County to purchase

1.23 Consider and discuss approval of Consent and Release Agreement
with respect to Kerr County Juvenile Detention Facility and
outstanding bonds on same and authorize County Judge to sign
Agreement. (County Judge)

1.24 Order authorizing the Issuance, Sale and Delivery of "Kerr
County, Texas Certificates of Obligation, Series 2005", securing
the payment thereof by authorizing the levy of an Annual Ad
Valorem Tax; and Approving and Authorizing the execution of
All Instruments and Procedures related thereto including a Paying
Agent/Registrar Agreement, a Purchase Contract and the Form of
an Official Statement.
NOTE: The Commissioners' Court will consider the foregoing
matter at 4:00 p.m. on Wednesday, January 26, 2005, and this
meeting of the Commissioners' Court will be recessed and
reconvened, as necessary, to comply with notice requirements and
to permit the completion of matters necessary to final
consideration of such item at such time and date. (County Judge)
1.25 Consider and discuss authorizing County Judge to execute any and
all necessary documents on behalf of Kerr County to complete the
purchase of the Juvenile Detention Facility and issuance and sale
of Certificates of Obligation, delivery of funds to existing
bondholders, and obtaining any necessary or required releases
from bondholders, Trustee (s) and/or others. (County Judge)
1.26 Consider and take action to appoint Supervisor of the Kerr County
Rabies and Animal Control Department. (Commissioner, Pct.4)
