AUDIT OF THE HOT CHECK ACCOUNTS.
Came to be heard this the 24th day of January 2005 with a motion made by
Commissioner Williams seconded by Commissioner Baldwin. The Court unanimously
approved by a vote of 4-0-0 to authorize an audit on the Hot Check Account from
January 1, 2002 to January 1, 2005. Part of the audit to be paid from the Personnel
budget account and declare an emergency to pay the balance out of general fund.
