The current Kerr County Subdivision Rules and Regulation contain Water Availability Requirements. When originally approved the Water Availability Requirements were intended to help Headwaters Water Conservation District acquire data to help better establish water availability in Kerr County. Since that time administrative and rule changes at HWCD have caused the current rules not be needed or practical in there current form. I have discussed this issue with Gordon Morgan, President of HWCD and he concurs that it is acceptable to suspend the current rules at this time
