INTERLOCAL AGREEMENTS FOR PLACEMENTS
OF KERR COUNTY MHMR PATIENTS.
Came to heard this the 24th of January 2005 with a motion made by Commissioner Letz
seconded by Commissioner Baldwin. The Court unanimously approved by a vote of 4-0-
0 to authorize the County Attorney to pursue inter-local agreements with facilities
outside of Kerr County for MHMR patients.
