BUDGET AMENDMENTS.
JUVENILE DETENTION FACILITY
Came to be heard this the 24th day of January 2005 with a motion made by
Commissioner Williams seconded by Commissioner Letz. The Court unanimously
approved by a vote of 4-0-0 to declare an emergency and transfer $45,000.00 out of the
General Fund to the Juvenile Detention Facility for payroll.
