PURCHASE OF JUVENILE DETENTION FACILITY.
Came to be heard this the 4th day of February 2005 with a motion made by
Commissioner Letz seconded by Commissioner Williams. The Court approved by a vote
of 3-2-0 to authorize the County Judge to execute any and all necessary documents on
behalf of Kerr County to complete the purchase of the Juvenile Detention Facility and
issuance and sales of Certificate of Obligation, delivery of funds to existing bondholders.
