Came to be heard this the 14th day of February 2005 with a motion made by
Commissioner Williams seconded by Commissioner Baldwin. The Court unanimously
approved by a vote of 4-0-0 to accept the resignation of Paula Rector from Kerr Central
Appraisal District.
