Came to be heard this the 14th day of February 2005 with a motion made by
Commissioner Nicholson seconded by Commissioner Williams. The Court unanimously
approved by a vote of 4-0-0 to authorize Mr. Holekamp to study the needs of the West
Kerr County annex and come back to Commissioners' Court with a proposal.

On this the 14th day of January 200^c, upon motion made by
Commissioner Griffin, seconded by Commissioner Baldwin the
Court unanimously approved by a vote of 4-0-0, to renew the
lease with Mr.Priour on the West Kerr County Annex, and at a
monthly rate of !450.00 a month and multi-year term, and
authorize Commissianer Griffin to negotiate the final details
and bring it back t the Court for final approval.
