APPROVAL OF RESIDENTIAL PLACEMENT CONTRACT
AT KERR COUNTY JUVENILE DETENTION FACILITY
On this the 14th day of February 2004, motion made by Commissioner Letz, seconded by
Commissioner Williams, the Court unanimously approved by a vote of 4-0-0, the
residential placement contracts at Kerr County Juvenile Detention Facility, subject to
County Attorney form approval, and authorize the County Judge to sign the same, and
that all contracts and the form contract will come back to Commissioners Court at our
next meeting along with any other contracts.
