On this the 14th day of February 2005, upon motion made by Commissioner Williams,
seconded by Commissioner Baldwin, the Court unanimously approved by a vote of 4-0-0,
to waiver the fees on the OSSF plat review and inspection fees for Center Point
Independent School District's trade school building project.
