On this the 28`t' day of February 2005, upon motion made by Commissioner Letz,
seconded by Commissioner Baldwin, the Court unanimously approved by a vote of
4-0-0, the nomination of Chuck Lewis to fill vacancy on the Kerr Central Appraisal
District Board of Directors.
