The majority of the large ranch lies in Gillispie County. Today we need to discuss several items: 1 } The concept drawing of all the property. 2) The preliminary for the Revision of Lot 4 in Live Springs Ranch, which will extend the existing subdivision road through Lot 4 to access the Large ranch. 3) The preliminary of Live Springs Ranch Section 2, consisting of 2 lots in Kerr County totaling 379.23 acres. 4) The Public Hearing for Lot 4 is set for ,/(': /~ ,but no action will need to be taken at this time. (The public hearing was set because the original thought was that this would be done through the alternate plat process and would only be brought to the court once). Since that time, it was decided that we would do a Preliminary and a Final for this revision. 5) Both finals (Revision of Lot 4 and Lives Springs Ranch Section 2) will come back before the court at a later date.
