SUBSTANCE ABUSE PROGRAM
Came to be heard this the 14~' day of March 2005 with a motion made by Commissioner
Baldwin, seconded by Commissioner Williams. The Court unanimously approved by
vote of 4-0-0 the Substance Abuse Program that is being proposed at the Juvenile
Detention Facility.
