Last week we met to discuss the Concept Plan for the above referenced proposed subdivision. We are moving
forward to present this as a Preliminary Plat at the March 14`x' meeting of Commissioners Court.
The owner has now requested to change the name of the subdivision to Audubon Place. I have talked with Mr.
Odom about this and he is ok with it as long as you are. I am getting "new" copies of the preliminary plat to Mr.
Odom with the name change -attached is a copy for you.
Please let me know your thoughts. As always, thanks for your time and help is these matters.
