Came to be heard this the 28`t' day of March 2005 with a motion made by Commissioner
Williams, seconded by Commissioner Letz. The Court unanimously approved by vote of
4-0-0 for the purchase of a video recorder for $720 to come from item 450 -building
maintenance.
