The replat referenced above was prepared and submitted for review in September 1990. On November 13, 1990 by
Order No. 19941 the Commissioners Court approved the replat.
The final "film" copy of the plat was signed by ali parties (except for the county judge). There was a problem
getting the plat recorded. One of the notary acknowledgements, (from Mexico) was attached to the plat rather than
being directly on the film. County Clerk at the time, Pat Dye, refused to record the plat. The platting issue was
dropped.
Now the owners of the property (same as 1990) wish to have the plat recorded. The notary is now on the fmal film
copy. Please let me know what procedure we need to follow to accomplish recording. I am including with this
memo a copy of the final plat and copy of the Commissioners Court Order approving the plat.
