ROAD NAME CHANGES
Came to be heard this the 28~` day of March 2005 with a motion made by Commissioner
Baldwin, seconded by Commissioner Nicholson. The Court unanimously approved by
vote of 4-0-0 the list of road name changes and set a public hearing for May 9, 2005 at
10:00 am.

NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
It is the intention of the Commissioners Court to consider road changes in vazious
locations in Kerr County.
A public hearing will be held May 9, at 10:00 a.m., in the Commissioners Courtroom of
the Kerr County Courthouse, 700 Main, Kerrville, Texas, concerning the following
proposed road changes:
Revise the road classifications in Big Sky Ranch from public to private.
Regulatory Signs
Hunt River Road - No Pazking
Bear Creek Rd S - 35 MPH
Peterson Farm Rd - 45 MPH
Abandon, Vacate, & Discontinue from Kerr County Maintenance
1445 ft of Ox Hollow Rd S

The current problem is that the addressing assigned does not
fit one continuous road, it was assigned as if there were
the original two road names east and west. After dicussing
the situation with Comrnissianer Nicholson the conclusion
was made that it would be less disruptive for the citizens
to change the Prefix of the street rather than to change each
resident's house number.
I've attached two maps, one with current naming, one with
proposed naming, let me know what steps I should take next.
