The statistic, is alarming. The results are devastating. Because April is National Child Abuse Prevention month. Kids` Advocacy Place, K"Star, Hill Country CASA. and Hill Country Crisis Council are requesting that on these dates April 18 - 22, ?005 a Children's Art Project be displayed in the lobby of the Kerr Count Court House. Throughout the month of April we will travel this display to counties served by our agencies. This is a freestanding display that is 8' wide x `7 1 /2' tall. The artwork used in this display was gathered from children served b~ K•Star and the Hill Country Crisis Counsel. With this Art Display we are hoping to raise community awareness of child abuse prevention.
