I have placed this item on the agenda so that if there are developments between now and
next Monday we will be able to hear and discuss any proposals. The next step is to
receive a proposal from Mr. Holecamp that is satisfactory to both Ms. Rector and Judge
Ragsdale. I do not know if that proposal will be ready by next Monday or not.
