At our last meeting we discussed the organization and over sight of all departments that report directly to the Commissioner's Court. We currently receive monthly reports from most departments, but we do not have regular interaction with the department heads from the Commissioner's Court as a whole. I recommend that we schedule on a bi-monthly basis each department head to meet with the Commissioner's Court at 2:00 pm during our first meeting each month. At these meetings we would receive updates about each department that would include, but not be limited to the following: Review of department organization Status of budget Review of employees Long term projects and goals pM1vi1SS10~~, E~ C~~TY C K TI~~AL CART URT tJR~~'N12~ C~ Tatal Emplayees:102
