JUDICIARY GUNS IN THE COURTHOUSE
Came to be heard this the 25TH day of April with a motion made by Commissioner Letz,
Seconded by Commissioner Baldwin, the Court unanimously approved by a vote of 4-0-0
to permit Judiciary and state's attorneys to carry guns in Kerr County Courthouse, Kerr
County Courthouse Annex, and Kerr County Law Enforcement Center, as long as they
have concealed handgun licenses.
