He has a homestead on the lot that he access off of Katy Lane (Lot 91A), he has added another manufactared home to rent with access off of Hidden Acres (Lot 91 B) and he wishes to place yet another (Lot 91 C) to rent. He plans to rent them to family members. This property has a public water system and he plans to have 91 B & 91 C on the same septic.
