We separated this item from the others listed in the Public Heating so that it might be attached to
the Subdivision Plat records.
Big Sky Ranch was platted earlier this yeaz with the roads being built to Kerr County
Specifications in preparation for them to be County Maintained after the one yeaz waiting period.
The developers have decided they want to make the roads private.
I recommendafion the Court make the roads private.
