Agenda Backup The Kerr County Subdivision Rules and Regulations, OSSF Rules and Regulations and the Ken County Flood Plain Order do not specifically state that an OSSF permit and /or flood plain permit can be denied if the property is located in an illegal subdivision. I think we should pass a directive to the Environmental Health Department Manager and Flood Plain Administrator that they are not authorized to issue permits in an illegal subdivision. If a question arises about an illegal subdivision the matter should be referred to the Commissioners Court and County Attorney for determination.
