DECLARE UNUSED FURNITURE
SURPLUS IN COUNTY ATTORNEY'S OFFICE
On this the 13`h day of June 2005, upon motion made by Commissioner Letz, seconded
by Commissioner Williams, the Court unanimously approved by a vote of 4-0-0, to
declare unused furniture partitions, and law books as surplus , as requested by the County
Attorney and authorize such to be sold.
