Barbara Nemec Kerr County Treasurer 700 Main BA-104 Kerrville, Texas 78028 June 21, 2005 County Judge & Commissioners Section 11.04 on the job injuries page 31 paragraph 3 states: The County will pay an employee who is on leave because of an on-the job injury for the first seven days. Beginning on the eight-day salary benefits will be paid by the worker's compensation insurance. Salary benefits will be paid at 70-75% of the employee's weekly wages. The question is if an employee is out for a second time on the same injury does the county pay the employee's salary again for the first seven days. r ~-~h~ ~ ~t CA .a~?~c.e ,.~
