Came to be heazd this the 27~' day of June 2005, with a motion made by Commissioner
Letz, seconded by Commissioner Nicholson. The Court unanimously approved by vote
of 3-0-0 the Contract for network configuration evaluation and recommendations for Kerr
County, but in no event shall the fees exceed the sum of $1,000.00.
