Came to be heard this the 27`" day of June 2005, with a motion made by Commissioner
Letz, seconded by Commissioner Nicholson. The Court unanimously approved by vote
of 3-0-0 to authorize the County Attorney to pursue litigations against the contractors,
architect, and engineer to resolve constructions deficiencies to the KCJF new building.
