Recently, I have had constituent calls regazding Kerr County roads that have
become all but impassable (particulazly for emergency services vehicles) that were not
accepted for on-going maintenance. Do we have a policy in place that would allow Road
and Bridge to go in and blade a road sufficiently to improve conditions for access-
particularly for emergency services vehicles?
