SERGEANT JOHN STAFFORD DAY
Came to be heard this the 11`h day of July 2005, with a motion made by Commissioner
Baldwin, seconded by Commissioner Williams. The Court unanimously approved by
vote of 4-0-0 declaring July 11, 2005 as Sergeant John Stafford Day in Kerr County.

Gentlemen-
As you may or may not know, John Stafford is leaving his post
in Kerr County. John has served the Commissioner's Court
and the citizens of Kerr County for several years and I thought
we could either buy him a gold watch or simply say adios. I
think declaring Monday "John Stafford Day" would be a good
way for us to say thanks.

RESOLUTION
WHEREAS For several yeazs Texas Department of Public Safety Sergeant John
Stafford has provided outstanding services for the citizens of Kerr County;
and
WHEREAS The citizens of Kerr County would like to recognize our gratitude of his
years of dedicated service to the residents of Kerr County and the Texas
Hill Country azea; and
WHEREAS John Stafford has been a friend to the Commissioners' Court and all of
the citizens of Kerr County and the State of Texas; now therefore
BE IT RESOLVED
That the Kerr County Commissioners' Court does hereby extend its thanks
and appreciation to Sergeant John Stafford for his willingness to serve the
people of Kerr County and declaze July 11, 2005 Sergeant John Stafford
Day in Ken County.
