Came to be heard this the 11`h day of July 2005, with a motion made by Commissioner
Letz, seconded by Commissioner Baldwin. The Court unanimously approved by vote of
4-0-0 to waive the O.S.S.F. plat review fee for lots 36, 37, and 38 in Southern Hills
Phase Two.

4. New lot as proposed will be 2.52 acres
5. Mr. Paladino is requesting to waive the fees for ENV HEALTH plat review.
