5 Cent Saver Plan:
Monthly Recurring Charge: $5.95 per month. (Is typically charged per access line,
KTLD will waive this fee on all but one access line.)
Direct Dialed Calls: will be billed at 5 cents per minute for both inter-state and infra-state
calls. Calls will be billed in 6 second increments with an 18 second minimum.
incoming Toll Free Calls: will be billed at 9 cents per minute, billed in 6 second
increments with an 18 second minimum.
Calling Card Calls: will be billed at 9 cents per minute with no service charge. Calls will
be billed in 60 second increments.
Account Code Billing: Offered at no additional charge.
