Came to be heazd this the 25~' day of July 2005, with a motion made by Commissioner
Letz, seconded by Commissioner Nicholson. The Court unanimously approved by vote
of 3-0-0 to advertise and solicit bids for long distance telephone service and have such
bids being returned on August 22, 2005 at 9 am.
