Came to be heard this the 25a' day of July 2005, with a motion made by Commissioner
Letz, seconded by Commissioner Williams. The Court unanimously approved by vote of
3-0-0 to declare the 1989 Chevrolet DARE car as surplus property and grant permission
to accept sealed bids to sell it.
