Junkin The Honorable County Judge Pat Tinley at El Rinc6n Kerr County 700 Main Street Kerrville, Texas 78028 ~~~ ~ ~ ?005 July 13, 2005 ~ Dear Judge Tinley: My current term on the Hill Country Community Mental Health Mental Retardation Center Board of Trustees concludes at the end of August. It is the responsibility of the Commissioners' Court to appoint a person to represent Ken County. If I remember correctly, I am now completing my fourth elected term-having served now for almost 8 years. Should the Court feel that another representative from Kerr County would be in order, I will step aside with some feeling of accomplishment and some confidence that the Center has come a long way and is rapidly maturing in its leadership among such centers in the State and Nation. If the Court wishes to appoint another representative, Iurge you to consult with Mrs. Werlein concerning possible candidates. If it is the will of the Court that I be reappointed for another two year term, then I will accept that appointment. I thank you personally, and the Court generally, for your interest in, and support of, the HCCMHMRC. ncer ly, qq-~ (- ~ , Sam M Junkin E-mail: sjrincon@hctc.net 830-238-4461
