Came to be heard this the 8`h day of August 2005, with a motion made by Commissioner
Williams, seconded by Commissioner Baldwin. The Court unanimously approved by
vote of 4-0-0 to Post a Special Commissioners Court meeting for September 7, 2005 at
10:00 AM to Consider, discuss and Order and election to be held November 8, 2005 for
the purpose of the Local Option Liquor Election in Precinct 2.
