Miller Texas Arts & Crafts Educational Foundation 4000 Riverside Drive Kerrville, Texas 78028 Dear Bob, The Kemi[le Convention & Visitors Bureau would like to express its support fora 4,000 squaze foot pavilion in close proximity to your ADA climate controlled restrooms at RiverStaz Event Park. First class facilities that can be rented to the public for banquets, barbeques, lectures, displays and other such activities are in demand by our local citizens and our visiting groups alike. The fact that this facility will be private with perimeter fencing and gates with ticket booths will make it flexible for a variety of uses and unlike any other facility we have available to us at this time. Kerrville depends heavily upon tourist dollazs and is fortunate to have many Convention, Events and Festivals held locally. These events draw large numbers of visitors from across the state and nation to our area and provide educational cultural and entertainment activities for people of all ages. The availability of another venue for public use just makes it more attractive to more people. Your proposed facility would qualify to be listed in our Meeting Planners Guide and in our Wedding, Retreat, Reunion and Seminaz Facilities flyer. Please let us know what we at the CVB can do to help make this venue a reality Best regards, ~~ Sudie Burditt Kerrville Convention & Visitors Bureau 2108 Sidney Baker • Kerrville, Texas 78028 830 7923535 • Fax 830 792-3230 • JZttp•//www.ktc net/kerrcvb/ • email: kerzcvb@ktc.com
