Came to be heard this the 8`h day of August 2005, with a motion made by Commissioner
Letz, seconded by Commissioner Williams. The Court unanimously approved by vote of
4-0-0 to authorize the County Judge to provide the appropriate documents to approve the
City of Kerrville Economic Improvement Corporation to provide funding to the River
Star Arts & Event Park for the construction of an outdoor pavilion.
