JUVENILE DETENTION FACILITY
Came to be heard this the 18th day of August, 2005, with a motion made by
Commissioner Williams, seconded by Commissioner Letz. The Court unanimously
approved by vote of 4-0-0 to continue operation of the Kerr County Juvenile Facility
under Human Resources Code Chapter 63.
