Commissioner Baldwin, seconded by Commissioner Williams. The Court
unanimously approved by vote of 3-0-0 to:
Use the following Polling Locations for the November, 2005,
election:

Precinct 2 - #202, #211, #215
Precinct 3 - #303, #314, #320
Precinct 4 - #404, #406, #417
Early Voting will be held in the Courthouse, Lower Level.

Judge and Commissioners
I need to start obtaining permission for the use of polling location for the November 2005
and March 20066 elections. And send out the "Writ of Elections" to the Judges and
Alternates.
Below is the list of polling locations that we used the last time. The Court needs to
decide (1)if you want to consolidate into 4 locations for the November Election with the
exception of Pct 2 (liquor election) or (2) If you want all of them opened up. As far as
I know there will be around 6 to 8 Amendments.
Please give me your thoughts so that 2 may put together an Agenda Item.
