We request approval for issuing a purchase order to HGAC for the lease/purchase of a Asphalt
Zipper (information attached). The purchase price is $79,119.00 and will be done with a
Municipal 5 yr. amortization loan with the first payment to be due October 2006. No funds will
be needed in the 2005-2006 Budget.
