ACCEPTANCE OF PROPOSED LIBRARY CONTRACT WITH THE
CITY OF KERRVILLE
Came to be heard this the 29th day of August, 2005, with a motion made by
Commissioner Nicholson, seconded by Commissioner Baldwin. The Court
unanimously approved by vote of 4-0-0 to:
Set September 14, 2005 at 5:00 p.m. as the deadline for the City of
Kerrville to respond regarding the proposed Library Contract.
