Courtroom.

1.1 Consider and discuss the ordering of an Election to be held
November 8, 2005 in Precinct 2, Kerr County, Texas for the
purpose of "The legal sale of all alcoholic beverages including
mixed beverages" as required by Sec 251.14 of the Texas
Election Code.
