APPROVE TAX INCREASE TO $0.3896 PER $100 VALUE, AND SET
PUBLIC HEARINGS ON 9-19-OS AND 9-23-OS AT 10:00 A.M.
Came to be heard this the 7th day of September, 2005, with a motion made
by Commissioner Letz, seconded by Commissioner Baldwin. The Court
approved by record vote of 4-1-0 to:
Approve the tax rate increase to $0.3896 per $100 value, and increase of
1.75 cents, and to hold public hearings regarding same on September 19,
2005 and September 23, 2005, at 10:00 a.m.
